On October 27, the meeting to start the design work for the foundation of this project was held at the Lanzhou branch of Aerospace Changzheng Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. At the meeting, the Aerospace Changzheng Engineering Company released the project commencement report sowie the relevant work standards and regulations ； Based on previous research and technical exchanges, Liu Hua Company offered suggestions regarding the design of the infrastructure project. The two parties discussed and finalized various issues such as the project timeline, overall layout, equipment selection, energy conservation and consumption reduction, the production capacity of the facility, and investment control. The implementation of this project holds significant strategic importance for the transformation and development of Jingmei Group. Jingmei Group hopes that China Aerospace Changzheng Engineering Company will further optimize the plan and design it to high standards, ensuring that the project’s energy efficiency and level of clean production are at the leading level in the industry once it is completed. Strictly prepare the engineering budget, ensuring that it is detailed, accurate, and reliable. Advance the design process with high quality to ensure that the foundation engineering work is completed on schedule, thereby facilitating the timely implementation of the project. More than 30 people attended the meeting, including Wang Wenjian, Finance Director of Jingmei Group; Zhu Yuying, Deputy General Manager of Aerospace Changzheng Engineering Company; heads of relevant departments at Jingmei Group; Liu Feng, Party Secretary and Chairman of Liuhua Company; and Zhou Cheng, Manager of Jingmei Group’s Liuhua Chemical Company – all members of the project team.
