The output of ammonia and urea during that year reached new heights, exceeding the annual production targets set. In line with the overall plan for improving production management, management responsibilities were clarified, and special rectification efforts as well as enhanced inspections and quality assessments were carried out to ensure the stable operation of the facilities ; Implement effective visual management at the site; attach identification tags to important process valves and those used for on-site operations, in order to improve their recognizability and prevent accidental operations ; Strengthen training on what employees need to know and be able to do, in order to improve their ability to operate the equipment. They continuously work to improve equipment management in order to ensure the normal operation of equipment and electrical systems. Starting with the maintenance of equipment hygiene, efforts are focused on eliminating issues such as dirt, disorder, poor condition, rust, and defects, as well as problems related to leaks. Through inspections carried out by specialized departments and self-inspections in the workshops, any issues identified are managed in a systematic manner in accordance with the five requirements for addressing safety hazards. Additionally, 7,748 square meters of equipment were coated with anti-corrosion paint, and 15,540 square meters of room surfaces were painted ; Provide special care for key equipment by formulating specialized care plans in terms of equipment, processes, safety, etc., to ensure the stable operation of the installations ; Strengthen the lubrication management of the units, regularly filter the oil systems of each unit, effectively improve the quality of the lubricating oil, and prevent contamination from clogging the electro-hydraulic converters and causing device shutdown accidents. They strengthen the work safety responsibility system and improve the inherent safety of equipment. Serious efforts were made to carry out safety and environmental protection inspections as well as to address the identified issues. Throughout the year, 1,355 problems were detected through self-inspections and professional inspections; all of these were addressed in accordance with the requirements of the safety production responsibility system. By the end of the year, 1,341 of these issues had been resolved, resulting in a resolution rate of 98.97%. The remaining 14 issues are still being addressed ; Leverage external resources to enhance security risk assessment by hiring third parties to conduct comprehensive security design audits of various devices and system units. At the same time, environmental improvement projects such as installing safety valves on ammonia balls to vent exhaust gases and adding absorption devices were carried out; by adhering to a sense of responsibility and fulfilling corporate social responsibilities, green development was achieved.
