During the Spring Festival, the single-unit test of the fluidization fan for Boiler No. 1 in the power station unit of the Yushen Ethanol Project, which was under the general contracting of Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd., was completed. The fluidization fan is the main driving equipment in CFB boilers. To ensure its safe and stable operation, a dedicated team from the project team monitored it throughout the process, while the commissioning personnel followed the steps outlined in the commissioning plan: starting the motor in jog mode to check whether the rotation direction was correct and to detect any abnormalities ； Start the motor and let it run for 5 minutes to check whether its current, voltage, and bearing temperature are normal ； After the motor was run continuously for 2 hours, its various operating parameters were checked to ensure stability, and records were kept; ultimately, all parameters of the three fluidization fans met the design requirements. Work continued throughout the Spring Festival to ensure progress was maintained. The project team in charge of the power station installation took the lead by working shifts themselves, and more than 100 workers from the participating companies worked overtime to stay at the construction site, successfully completing the project tasks. The successful individual testing of the fluidization fan for Boiler No. 1 marks the official entry of this facility into the equipment commissioning phase. Next, the project team will focus on the key deadlines and proceed with tasks such as individual equipment testing and comprehensive system testing.
