Optimize process parameters to reduce equipment energy consumption; aim for maximum efficiency by optimizing gas usage and electricity utilization. The dual gas source setup provides bargaining power and assurance in terms of gas supply prices and volume, enabling production operations to reach the highest levels of gas supply on record. Especially toward the end of the year, under the strong pressure from various factors such as the dual controls on energy consumption, the need to ensure the continuation of the West-East Gas Pipeline project, and the requirement to maintain gas supply for people’s livelihoods in Xinjiang, stable gas supply was achieved by actively negotiating for adequate volumes and favorable prices ； Competitive bidding on direct power purchase platforms helps to obtain lower electricity prices and ensure a sufficient supply of energy, resulting in savings of 2.0241 million yuan compared to 2020. Strengthen the maintenance of control valves to ensure accurate measurement; focus on both supply and demand aspects to increase revenue while reducing expenses. The \"dual procurement rates\" at both the group company level and the Huajin Group level were improved, additional negotiation stages were introduced, and idle assets were put to use; by substituting higher-quality items for lower-quality ones, procurement costs were effectively reduced, resulting in savings of 1.1 million yuan throughout the year ； By taking measures such as expanding the market, entering new markets at the right time, engaging in online bidding, and forming alliances with nitrogen fertilizer manufacturers in southern Xinjiang, the brand value in this regional market has continued to increase, enabling price leadership ； Expand channels for industrial fertilizers, selling 9,800 tons to 3 manufacturers with demand for such fertilizers ； Strengthen financial management and improve the capital structure, so that the debt ratio reaches its optimal level after the energy-saving and production-increasing upgrades. Carry out large-scale loading campaigns to ensure timely sales of products, and focus on reforming the three systems to stimulate internal momentum.
