Recently, the project for the technical upgrading and transformation of the raw material ammonia unit at Tongliao Jianlong, undertaken by Tianchen Company, saw meetings held to review the 30% scale models for the shift and low-methane processes, as well as the 60% scale models for the gasification, slag-water, and liquid nitrogen washing units. This model review meeting was led by the piping specialty, with the support of the process and other specialties, ensuring the orderly progress of the review work. During the review meeting, the designers from Tianchen Company’s project team provided a systematic and comprehensive explanation, using equipment layout diagrams and 3D models ； The owner conducted a thorough review from aspects such as process requirements, on-site installation, operation and inspection, as well as operation and maintenance. Meanwhile, valuable suggestions and recommendations were put forward based on on-site operation experience ； All parties engaged in active communication and in-depth discussions, and reached a consensus on the optimization and adjustment plans. Experts unanimously agree that the content and complexity of the current model meet the requirements for this model review; the equipment layout satisfies the needs for lifting and maintenance, and the pipeline arrangement is in line with the process flow, fulfilling the requirements regarding safety, compliance, integrity, and cost-effectiveness. The successful conclusion of this meeting marks a new phase in the project design process, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent work to be carried out. The site chosen for Tongliao Jianlong Acid Production Co., Ltd.’s project to produce 360,000 tons of synthetic ammonia per year is located in the Mulitu Industrial Park in Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The project involves the construction of a synthetic ammonia production facility with an annual capacity of 360,000 tons; the first phase will have a capacity of 180,000 tons per year, while the second phase will also have a capacity of 180,000 tons per year. The total production capacity of this project is 360,000 tons per year of synthetic ammonia, along with auxiliary facilities such as office areas. The total investment in the project amounts to 2,009,545.1 thousand yuan; the total investment for the first phase, which involves 180,000 tons per year of synthetic ammonia production, is 32,941.2 thousand yuan including taxes. Tongliao Jianlong Acid Production Co., Ltd. was established through joint investment by Zibo Jianlong Chemical Co., Ltd., Hebei Meihua Monosodium Glutamate Group Co., Ltd., and Inner Mongolia Tongliang Company. The construction of this project is in line with current **industrial policies and the local master plan.
