Bidding Conditions This project, which aims to produce 600,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 800,000 tons of urea annually along with related facilities, has been registered with the **Investment and Construction Authority in the location of the project. The funding for this project comes from the company itself, and the bidder is Henan Jinkai Group Yan**** Company. This project is now ready for bidding, and a public domestic tender is being conducted for the procurement of the shell for the ammonia synthesis tower and the modular ammonia cooler equipment for the ammonia synthesis unit in this project. II. Project Overview and Scope of Bidding********Project Scale: The project has an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons of ammonia in total, of which 500,000 tons are synthetic ammonia, along with 800,000 tons of urea and 100,000 tons of methanol. The project utilizes advanced green and clean process technologies to transform the synthetic ammonia and urea industry, achieving a technical level that is leading in China. Energy consumption and pollutant emissions are significantly reduced. An intelligent factory is built using industrial control systems such as Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems (SCADA). This includes various production process units such as pressurized coal gasification using space heaters, isothermal shift reaction, low-temperature methanol washing, liquid nitrogen washing, low-pressure ammonia synthesis, CO2 stripping for urea production, tubular methanol synthesis, three-column methanol distillation, and cryogenic air separation, as well as utility systems like wastewater treatment facilities, circulating fluidized bed boilers and backpressure steam turbine generators, and ammonia-based flue gas desulfurization systems. ********Bidding content and scope: This bidding project is divided into 2 bid sections: Bid Section 001, the bidding content being 1 ammonia synthesis tower shell (R-2501) ； 002 Section 2, bidding content: 1 set of modular ammonia cooler (E-2505) ； For the specific technical parameters and requirements of the goods, please refer to the tender documents.
