Guangxi Hua Yi Energy & Chemicals Conducts Evaluation for Intelligent Factory Project Application Author/Source: Guangxi Hua Yi Energy & Chemicals Date: 2022-05-31 Clicks: 13 On May 21, an expert team from the autonomous region along with representatives from the Industry and Information Technology Bureau conducted an on-site inspection of Guangxi Hua Yi Energy & Chemicals’ intelligent factory project, under the leadership of Team Leader Xie Ping. Zhong Ming, the Party branch secretary and deputy general manager of the company, Gu Shijie, an expert in intelligent manufacturing at the company, as well as project managers from various business units, were also present. Before the review meeting, Zhong Ming provided a detailed introduction to the construction progress of the Huayi Qinzhou Chemical New Materials Integration Base, and accompanied everyone on a tour of the Huayi central control room. At the review meeting, Gu Shijie introduced the development of smart factories, covering the overall system architecture of the smart factory platform, system deployment and IT infrastructure, as well as four main systems: the production management system, the safety and environmental protection management system, the equipment management system, and the business management system. The Guangxi Huayi Energy Chemical Intelligent Factory project is the first intelligent project in China to implement digital delivery alongside construction. Based on digital technologies and supported by a data center, it achieves integration with heterogeneous systems through an enterprise service bus and unified identity authentication methods, thereby creating a visual big data intelligence platform. This platform facilitates the seamless flow of data and information between the group’s systems and those at the factory level, enabling integrated management of the factory’s assets throughout its lifecycle, as well as unified control of safety production and supply chain coordination. Through dedicated personalized portals, each user can access data quickly and utilize it effectively, thereby improving the efficiency of intelligent management and decision-making within the enterprise. After listening to the presentation, the expert group highly praised the construction and application level of Guangxi Huayi Energy Chemical Intelligent Factory, and held in-depth discussions with the enterprise regarding the approaches to building such intelligent factories.
