On June 16, the shipping ceremony for the fluidized bed gasifier intended for the Tianyuan project in Hebei was held within the premises of Anhui Keda Clean Energy Co., Ltd. Mr. Bai, the executive vice general manager of Anhui Keda Clean Energy, Mr. Peng, the chief engineer of the same company, Mr. Liao, the general manager of the production and supply center at the Anhui facility, along with relevant colleagues from the technology R&D department and the production and supply center, attended this ceremony. The Tianyuan project in Hebei utilizes two 45 kNm3/h circulating fluidized bed gasification units and one 20 kNm3/h pneumatic bed gasification unit supplied by our company, among which the pneumatic bed gasifier is the most critical equipment for this project. In terms of equipment structure design, this gasifier was developed through five years of research, development, and optimization, building on the two 10 kNm3/h fluidized bed units in Faku, Shenyang, and incorporating the ideas and suggestions of leading experts in the field of coal gasification in China ； In terms of manufacturing, this gasification furnace utilizes an advanced automatic membrane wall tube panel welding production line; strict controls are applied at every stage, from material procurement to manufacturing and assembly processes, to ensure the quality of the equipment.
