The largest maintenance project related to the public utility systems: On June 19 at 7:00, the torch system was ready for maintenance after its process adjustments were completed. To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the flare, the remote ignition system was repaired and improved. Taking this system shutdown as an opportunity, the company formulated a maintenance plan in advance, contacted the flare manufacturer, and arranged for technicians to come and repair the high-altitude ignition device of the coal chemical flare unit, as well as to conduct a thorough inspection and cleaning of this permanent light source. To date, all vents of the flare system have been shut down; the analyses have shown satisfactory results, and the relevant blind flanges have been isolated. The maintenance of the flare system is scheduled to be completed at 8:00 on June 20. The dredging work of the tank in the 450A circulating water system is ongoing. On June 17, we received a notice from the major maintenance command stating that the entire 450A circulating water system would be shut down for 48 hours. Taking advantage of this opportunity, the Power Plant dispatched 24 workers from the circulating water operation team as well as contractors to work in two shifts. Starting at 20:00 on the 18th, five sewage suction trucks were stationed beside the tank of the 450A system to carry out the dredging work. To date, half of the sediment in the tank has been removed, and the entire dredging process is expected to be completed by 8:00 on the 20th. ”\"SPA\" maintenance: The BDO plant is equipped with a large number of PT units, and failures in these devices pose a threat to the long-term stable operation of the system. As the maintenance efforts across the entire system begin, the hot summer weather provides an opportunity for a collective \"SPA\" – all in order to ensure better long-term stability in the production system’s operation. During the maintenance, in addition to routine tasks such as replacing lubricating oil, elastic blocks, and maintaining the motors, the cooling tubes at the outlet of the oil pressure pump, as well as the vacuum pumps P9614, P9615, and P9656, were also replaced. By addressing issues such as high operating temperatures, oil leakage, and water leakage through this maintenance work, not only was the operating environment of the equipment improved, but the working conditions on site were also enhanced, creating a favorable foundation for the long-term operation of the system. (Meng Rongrong, Production Technology Department) The urea production plant has carried out equipment replacements and optimized the process system: E2816 and E2817 are the two inter-stage heat exchangers of the ammonia compressor. During the initial production phase, there were leaks in the heat exchange tubes inside E2816 and E2817; ammonia gas from the shell side penetrated into the circulating water on the tube side, thereby contaminating the circulating water network. The branch factory arranged for the complete replacement of the two heat exchangers, E2816 and E2817, with stainless steel ones in place. More than a dozen workers wore safety belts, worked together in coordination, and carried out their tasks with care, thus ensuring high quality in the maintenance work. At present, the overall installation of the two upgraded heat exchangers has been completed. According to theoretical calculations, the efficiency of each heat exchanger in operation will increase by 15%, while this also prevents the circulation piping network from being contaminated by gaseous ammonia. The maintenance of Main Transformer No. 1 in Unit 301 was completed successfully: At 8:10 on June 18th, the order came over the walkie-talkie: “Turn off the incoming line switch of Main Transformer No. 1!” ”“Execute! ”Upon receiving the response, Main Transformer No. 1 in Substation 301 of the Electrical and Instrumentation Plant successfully shifted from operational mode to maintenance mode. The maintenance work this time includes various tasks such as dust removal, screw tightening, cleaning of the machine body, and treatment of oil leakage points. Use a high-pressure water gun to rinse the machine body and heat dissipation plates, ensuring improved heat dissipation performance of the equipment and laying a solid foundation for the main transformer to survive the summer safely ; After the cleaning and tightening were completed, the commissioning team conducted tests on the direct resistance of the 1# main transformer, as well as voltage tolerance tests on its high-voltage and low-voltage sides. Samples of the transformer oil were taken for analysis, and further testing was sent to external laboratories. By 21:20, the 1# main transformer was back in working condition, continuing to provide strong power support for the operation of the system.
