Provide a valid certificate from the manufacturing unit if it is outsourced. 3.1.11 Building on the previous point, bidders must provide in their bid documents at least one piece of evidence showing the use of a product that has been in operation for one year or more, including: ① an overview of the project; ② on-site photos; ③ the contact information and name of the person responsible for its use; ④ an on-site usage report stamped with the official seal of the entity using the product. 3.1.12 The bidder must provide at least one record of successful implementation of an alkaline electrolytic water hydrogen production unit that meets all of the following conditions: the unit must include an electrolyzer with a hydrogen production capacity of ≥500 Nm3/h, as well as supporting systems such as a gas-liquid separation system, a hydrogen purification system, a alkaline water circulation system, and power distribution and electrical control systems. A contract or technical agreement (purchase order) that clearly specifies these details must be provided, along with invoices and scanned copies of invoice listings. The delivery date shall be based on the date indicated on the invoice, and it must fall within the period from 1095 days before the bid opening date to 60 days before that date.
