(Geely’s Jinzhong facility), located in Yuci District, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, workers were testing methanol-powered vehicles prior to their release onto the market. In recent years, Jinzhong City in Shanxi Province has adopted the promotion of methanol-powered vehicles as an important means to drive industrial transformation and upgrading. By collaborating with leading enterprises, it has established new energy vehicle industrial parks and developed a strategic framework centered on three main sectors: passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and special-purpose vehicles.
