Tianze Group held a meeting on the technical upgrade of mobile-bed pure-oxygen continuous gasification technology in the Bagong Industrial Park, as well as discussions on economic cooperation. Group company leaders such as Zhai Lie, Guo Linlin, Li Huiling, Li Quanxiao, Wang Xiang, and Zheng Yongwen also participated in these discussions. On behalf of Tianze Group, Zhang Guorui first extended a warm welcome to Mao Baoqi, Miao Maoqian, Si Ling and their party, and provided a detailed introduction to Tianze Group’s development history, production scale, future transformation and development strategies, production and operation performance in the first half of the year, as well as the background behind the technological upgrade of the moving-bed pure-oxygen continuous gasification process. Vice President Li Huiling provided a detailed introduction to the general situation of Bagong Industrial Park, its main production processes, coal and electricity consumption, production costs, as well as the company’s operational performance over the past three years. Si Ling provided an overview of Jiangsu Hengfeng Company, analyzed the feasibility and economic viability of the moving-bed pure-oxygen continuous gasification technology, and proposed various feasible cooperation models. Wang Enwei, the chief engineer at Henan Junhua, conducted an analysis and comparison of factors such as raw coal consumption, electricity consumption, steam consumption, and economic performance before and after the renovation of the moving-bed pure-oxygen continuous gasification technology. Miao Maoqian conducted a comprehensive analysis of the impact of current industry policies related to safety and environmental protection on the moving-bed pure-oxygen continuous gasification technology, discussed the details of related processes, and offered many valuable suggestions regarding technical upgrades. He pointed out that the moving-bed pure-oxygen continuous gasification technology is relatively mature, meets the policy requirements for the upgrading of conventional pressure-fixed-bed gasifiers in the coal chemical industry, and offers great potential and advantages in improving economic performance. Mao Baoqi gave full recognition to Tianze’s production and operational development. By taking into account the national layout of the coal chemical industry, he conducted a comprehensive analysis of various coal gasification technologies, concluding that the moving-bed pure-oxygen continuous gasification technology is in line with relevant industrial policies and is highly suitable for the upgrading of the atmospheric-pressure fixed-bed gasifiers used in Jincheng’s coal chemical industry. He pointed out that the two parties should determine the cooperation model as soon as possible, carry out proper design optimizations, and make full use of the advantages of the moving-bed pure-oxygen continuous gasification technology – namely its low investment requirements and rapid results – in order to upgrade and transform this technology into a demonstration project. Zhang Guorui conducted a comprehensive analysis of the economic feasibility of upgrading the moving-bed pure-oxygen continuous gasification technology, taking into account the current situation of the Bagong Industrial Park, the company’s operational characteristics, and prospects for the coal market in the future. He also expressed his interest in various forms of cooperation as well as his sincerity in working together with Jiangsu Hengfeng Company. The two sides had in-depth discussions on the details of the cooperation and reached a preliminary consensus.
