Bidding Content and Scope: The overall water supply and drainage pipelines (along with related civil works) for Yankuang Lunan Chemical’s 3,000-ton-per-day OMB new type of pulverized coal gasification technology R&D industrial demonstration project, as well as the renovation and demolition of existing facilities in the old factory area. The length of the underground pipe is approximately 5,600 meters. 2.2 Planned construction period: 150 days. 2.3 Construction location: Within the premises of Yunchuan Lunan Chemical Co., Ltd. 2.4 Requirements for construction quality and safety: The construction quality must meet **quality standards, while construction safety must comply with **construction project safety standards. 2.5 Others: None 3. Qualification requirements for bidders 3.1 Qualification requirements for bidders 1. Potential bidders must be on the approved shortlist of subcontractors for the projects of China Chemical Engineering Tenth Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. 2. Meet the qualification requirements related to the project. 3.2 The bidder shall not be in any of the following situations: (1) Having the same person as the person in charge of another bidder for this project. (2) There is a direct controlling relationship with other bidders for this project. (3) Having a management relationship with other bidders for this project. (4) There have been the following serious adverse circumstances in business operations over the past three years: ① Being suspended, disqualified from bidding, or prohibited from participating in tendering activities by the industry regulatory authorities at or above the provincial level where this project is located, in accordance with the law. ②It is in a state where it has been ordered to suspend operations, have its license temporarily seized or revoked, its permits temporarily seized or revoked, or its qualification certificates revoked. ③Entering liquidation proceedings, being declared bankrupt, or encountering other circumstances that result in an inability to fulfill obligations. ④In accordance with the company’s requirements for bidder management, those who are prohibited from participating in bidding activities and whose prohibition is still in effect. 3.3 Whether the project accepts consortia: Accept / Reject. The parties involved in a consortium shall, in accordance with their division of responsibilities as stipulated in the agreement, meet the corresponding conditions and requirements set out in paragraph 3.1 of this article ； None of the parties to the consortium shall be in the situation specified in paragraph 3.2 of this article ； None of the parties in the consortium shall submit a bid on its own behalf, nor shall it participate in the bidding process for this project as part of another consortium.
