As of December 4, a total of 1,480.65 billion standard cubic meters of coal-based syngas had been produced throughout the year, achieving 96.46% of the annual target. Over the past few days, the center has earnestly learned from the recent domestic safety production accidents, aimed at achieving the \"three zeros\" goal in safety production, and carried out systematic efforts to address safety issues by handling them on a daily basis and making progress on a weekly basis, while also focusing heavily on the identification and resolution of potential hazards ； Strengthen winter safety production management, increase the inspection and maintenance of dynamic and static equipment in the plant, to ensure its safe and stable operation ； Two online furnace transfers were completed successfully, and the hydrogen-to-carbon ratio of the coal-based syngas was adjusted in a timely manner in coordination with downstream units, ensuring that the gasification unit could operate at full capacity in cold weather ； Continuous optimization of PID parameter tuning has increased the automation utilization rate of the instruments in various units to over 96%, effectively reducing the number of alarms in these units as well as the need for operator intervention, thereby improving the stability of the units ； Three degassing water pumps were successfully modified by installing drain pipes at their 6 inlet filters, which effectively solved the problem of water accumulation and freezing on the floor during filter cleaning, thus laying a foundation for the safe operation of the facility in winter.
