Regarding pneumatic shut-off valves and control valves

The new pneumatic control valves and shut-off valves on the production line have an additional layer of plastic bag over them. Is this allowed?
New valves all come with instructions, so it’s better to check the requirements in those instructions. Or send a picture to see if it’s for packaging or for online protection.
Putting on bags sometimes not only fails to provide waterproofing, but can even cause water to accumulate. A cover with a belt can be used temporarily for wall painting during workshop maintenance.
The purpose should be for protection, but I’m not sure whether this meets the regulations; using a PE bag to cover the pneumatic valve

The company uses bags to protect against corrosive environments. As for whether it complies with the regulations or not, I would appreciate advice from professionals.
Both control valves and shut-off valves are operated remotely; putting them in plastic bags only affects their appearance and may affect the ability to detect any abnormalities in the valves, which is not allowed
It is fine to use it for protection, as long as it does not affect the operation of the automatic control valve.
