Fluctuations after desulfurization can be caused by changes in the temperature of the desulfurization tank, large fluctuations in the sulfur content of the raw material, the desulfurizing agent reaching its saturated sulfur capacity, or errors in the analytical tests
There is basically no change; it fluctuates between 4200 and 4400 ppm, staying within the normal range with no significant variations
Does the sulfur content of refined diesel fluctuate? Or check the pressure and temperature at the top of the distillation tower; it would be best to use naphtha with a high sulfur content and wash it with an alkaline solution to see if the sulfur content decreases, or to check for any remaining hydrogen sulfide.

Has the reaction temperature changed? Has there been any adjustment to the feed? Has there been any fluctuation in the tower pressure of the stripper as well?
Check if there’s an issue with high switching
The feed rate to the reaction system, the specific gravity of the raw materials, and the temperature of the hydrogenated diesel entering the distillation tower remain unchanged; the amount of acidic gas at the top of the tower and the flow rate of naphtha fluctuate, but such fluctuations within a certain range are considered normal, right?; Just diesel hydrogenation? Is there a stripping tower behind? Naphtha stabilizer?
