How to determine the sulfur content on the catalyst

The sulfur loading rate of the catalyst is the most important indicator to measure the quality of catalyst sulfidation. So how can we determine what the sulfurization degree is after the catalyst has completed sulfiding?
Measure the sulfur content on the catalyst, or the sulfur content in the inlet and outlet gases (calculate the reduction in sulfur amount between inlet and outlet)

The total amount of sulfur used is obtained by subtracting the hydrogen sulfide content in the recycle gas and in the acidic water from the total sulfur amount. That amount represents the hydrogen sulfide that was consumed! Calculated based on material balance
