Hydrogen purity issue

What process is used for hydrogen production by everyone? How many towers does the PSA system have, and what is the sequence of operation? What is the purity of the hydrogen? Has anyone analyzed the levels of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and methane? We use methanol to produce hydrogen; with a 6-tower 6-1-3 process, the purity of the hydrogen is 99.999%, with levels of carbon monoxide at 1 ppm, carbon dioxide at 10 ppm, and methane at 0 ppm (as determined by offline chromatography). Do you think these values are accurate?

Methane is essentially undetectable~~Carbon monoxide will meet the national standards for high-purity hydrogen, while carbon dioxide levels are well above the specified limits~~
Is normal carbon dioxide also 1 ppm?
GB/T 3634.2-2011~~You might want to take a look at this national standard~~ The CO2 level is also required to be kept below 1 ppm~~ Of course, if it’s not for sale but for internal use, as long as the purity meets the relevant requirements, that’s also acceptable~~
