What are the main processes generally required for hydrogen production in large-scale coal chemical industries? Public works are not included. I think it should be processes such as vaporization, transformation, low-temperature methanol washing, liquid nitrogen washing, and pressure swing adsorption.
Gasification, desulfurization, compression, shift reaction, pressure swing adsorption
1. Large-scale coal chemical plants mostly use processes such as pressurized gasification of water-coal slurry and pulverized coal gasification; is compression still required? 2. Is it feasible to directly follow the transformation with PSA? 3. Using the method of low-temperature methanol washing followed by liquid nitrogen washing should be a good option.
After transformation and desulfurization, it can be directly fed into pressure swing adsorption.
The desulfurization effect of pressure swing adsorption is also quite good. Is it feasible to send the shifted gas directly to PSA without first carrying out desulfurization?
