The specific steps are as follows: 1. Close the inlet manual valve of the reboiler currently in use; 2. Open the vent valve at the top of the reboiler to allow the gas inside the reboiler to escape ; 3. Slowly open the manual valve at the inlet of the standby reboiler to allow the oil inside the reboiler to gradually flow into the standby reboiler ; 4. Also close the top exhaust valve to prevent gas from entering the standby reboiler ; 5. When the liquid level in the standby reboiler reaches the set height, close the inlet manual valve of the standby reboiler ; 6. Open the vent valve at the top of the backup reboiler to create a negative pressure ; 7. Check again to ensure that the manual valve at the inlet of the standby reboiler is tightly closed, in order to prevent air leakage ; 8. The outlet valve of the standby reboiler can be opened to connect the standby reboiler to the vacuum distillation column, thereby replacing the original reboiler.
