What are the practical causes of abnormal noises in the primary inlet buffer tank of the feed gas compressor?
There is no possibility of abnormal noises coming from the buffer tank; most of the time, they are caused by external sounds. For example, in check valves, oscillation of the valve core occurs when the flow rate drops to a certain level. There’s also that which is generated inside the machine. Focus on searching for the original from these two aspects.
I’ve never seen this happen. What kind of buffer tank do you have? Is there clutter inside?
There are various reasons; generally, there isn’t much noise
Too low or too high flow rate, with liquid present
