Why does the cold hydrogen control valve of the diesel reforming reactor not have upstream and downstream manual valves or bypass valves? If the control valve is broken, how should it be repaired? Does that mean production has to stop?
The cold hydrogen valve is not used frequently, so if it breaks, there is no choice but to stop using it. Bed layer overheating can be adjusted by other cold hydrogen valves or by reducing the reactor inlet temperature.

The function of the cold hydrogen control valve is to maintain the temperature of the bed layer and prevent overheating; whether it needs to be used or not is determined based on the temperature of the bed layer. Additionally, cold hydrogen control valves have high performance, and they are usually imported! If issues such as the valve core falling off occur, the bed temperature cannot be maintained, and operations must be halted for repairs! If additional elements are included, the cold hydrogen pipeline is a high-pressure pipeline, which makes it prone to leakage points. The design philosophy for this system is to minimize the number of pipelines, accessories, and equipment in order to reduce high-pressure leakage points; after all, their manufacture is costly and their failure rate is high. To reduce leakage points, backflow valves and additional elements are not included!
