A young chemical engineer seeking advice from experts: which step should be taken first? What needs attention here?
Washing with water first. Be careful to remove the flow meters and automatic control valves and replace them with bypasses to prevent damage to the instruments.
Rinse with water first, then blow it away with air. Tubes with a larger diameter need to be purged under pressure.
If both water flushing and nitrogen purging are required, water flushing is usually done first (to remove debris, dust, etc.), followed by nitrogen purging (to remove water). For some pipelines, either only water flushing or only nitrogen purging is sufficient~~
