Leak in the medium-pressure gas pipeline

In hydrogen production, the variable-pressure gas enters the second water separation tank; hot and cold streams emerge from a three-way valve, and multiple leaks have occurred. Please inform whether similar problems have arisen in other units, as well as provide on-site photos of the pipeline connection points in those units (Pipe diagram of this device attached)
We have had leaks too; let’s check what the material is Upgrade it
We also reduce leaks in the hydrogen production process here; the original material was 304, and it was upgraded to 347 after maintenance work, and no similar problems have occurred over two maintenance cycles.
Could you send me your piping diagram, or some photos from the site, especially of the connections between the hot and cold pipelines?
What material are you made of now? Have there been any leaks as well?
