Seek safety technical regulations for hydrogen production from methanol

Dear colleagues in the hydrogen production area, I’m in trouble. My supervisor has assigned me the task of drafting safety technical regulations for the methanol production facility. As far as I know, safety technical regulations are regulatory documents prepared by **management departments for specific industries; they represent various legal standards established** to prevent accidents and injuries among workers during production and work processes, to ensure their safety, and to avoid damage to production equipment. I really don’t know what to do now. I was wondering if anyone here has ever formulated similar safety technical regulations for other types of devices; could we use those as a reference, or at least be informed about the general content that such regulations should include?
