Have you checked the quality of the medication?
Where is the location where you test the boiler water? Single row or double row? If it’s a series connection, it’s likely that the liquid level in your drum is too low; try raising the level and see what happens. Additionally, the conductivity is too high – check the conductivity of the water supplied
Does the boiler feed water change? Check whether it is qualified
If steam samples are obtained instead of water samples, the numerical values will show large deviations.
