Can the HR-845 hydrogenation catalyst be regenerated in the reactor, and what conditions are required?
Intra-device regeneration requires a high temperature of 480–500 degrees, and your device has the capability to reach such a temperature. Gradually supply oxygen until no temperature rise occurs.
Generally, the regeneration of hydrogenation catalysts takes place at 550°C, depending on the conditions of your equipment. Moreover, the regeneration time inside the device is long, the results are not necessarily better than those outside the device, and acidic water and acidic gases are generated, making it difficult to handle within the device
