In different hydrogenation units, after sulfur in the feedstock is removed through hydrogenation, it is generally divided into recycled hydrogen desulfurized gas, acidic water, sulfur-containing liquefied gas and non-condensable gas, as well as sulfur that remains in the oil products. What are the approximate proportions of these components?
This is mainly determined based on the design of your raw materials; for example, if the sulfur content in your raw materials is 10,000 ppm and the sulfur content in the final product is less than 10 ppm, then a total removal rate of 99.9% can be calculated. The lower the sulfur content of the raw material, the lower the removal rate, as the sulfur content of the product remains essentially constant.
