I want to build a small pressure swing adsorption unit to purify methanol reforming gas; could anyone recommend some manufacturers of adsorbents?
There are various adsorbents, and they are used in certain proportions; generally, adsorbent manufacturers are not able to produce all types of them. So you need to calculate various adsorption doses, and then purchase them from manufacturers; generally, you require the manufacturers to provide specific adsorption performance data in order to calculate these doses.
Thank you for your reply. Since industrial purification units are quite large, I am considering building a smaller pressure swing adsorption unit of my own, mainly to purify methanol reforming gas. There are many manufacturers of molecular sieves and activated carbon available online, with a wide variety of options. I was wondering if there are any companies that specialize in such adsorbents
