The system uses a new hydrogen compressor to pressurize nitrogen; once the pressure reaches 0.3 Mpa, the circulating hydrogen compressor is started, enabling full circulation of nitrogen within the system. The reaction heating furnace is then heated, with the rate of temperature increase controlled in accordance with the pre-determined catalyst drying curve. If it is the first start-up, the catalyst drying temperature rise curve should give way to the heating furnace heating curve.
There will be a catalyst drying and heating curve, specifically according to the recommendations of the catalyst manufacturer!

Heat the furnace, then raise the temperature using hydrogen and nitrogen, and separate water at high pressure. Until no water can be cut out. At this point, you can check for airtightness. Then cool down, introduce hydrogen, and purge the system. However, hydrogen cannot be heated to 230 degrees again, as it will reduce the catalyst. After cutting the water, it should be pre-vulcanization time.
