It’s not a problem for young people to have this flaw; the solutions are as follows: “1. Focus on doing your job properly. As long as you work hard, you won’t have time to worry about anything when you meet your supervisor!” 2. Focus on mastering skills in order to surpass your current supervisor as quickly as possible; at work, you will realize that the supervisor you once regarded highly is actually worthless! Will you still be afraid then? 3. Be ready to leave at any moment; what’s there to fear from him! 4. I’m a thug; who am I afraid of?
The key is to improve one’s technical skills and gain experience; once you have the necessary capabilities, there’s no need to be afraid of communicating with your supervisors!
