When expanding the circulation in the hydrogen production unit, is it necessary to shut down the hydrogenation process? If so, when is the best time to do so?
Hydrogenation catalysts must not be exposed to excessive levels of CO+CO2, as this can lead to methanation reactions. During the hydrogen production process, the intermediate gas contains CO+CO2; it is therefore essential to protect the hydrogenation catalysts
What is the temperature for the methanation reaction?
It seems to occur at temperatures above 250℃
