The drum platform of the natural gas-based hydrogen production plant is humming; the platform is vibrating. Have you encountered such a situation before? What’s the reason?
Check whether the pipe supports of each pipeline bend upward when heated. If the pipe support doesn’t function properly, there is often significant vibration
Check it out; I hadn’t thought of that reason. It always seems like there might be an issue with the internal soda flow process
The opening degree of the feed water control valve is too small, which causes pressure to build up there; try to limit the flow at the pump outlet or use frequency conversion to regulate the pump
It’s likely two-phase flow in the pipeline; check the trend of the pressure gauge.
