In current hydrogen production processes, the hydrogenation reactor is typically equipped with cobalt-molybdenum hydrogenation catalysts, while the pre-conversion reactor is fitted with pre-conversion catalysts. Please share your opinions on when to switch these two reactors off during startup and shutdown periods, as well as when the processing load is low! The operating condition uses natural gas as the raw material. I earnestly request the guidance of all experts!
We have a minimum order quantity requirement, but since it came online, the desulfurization reactor has never been shut down. However, the adiabatic hydrogenation reactor is disconnected after the shutdown large-cycle process is established.
