The Co content in the product hydrogen is as high as 200; the adsorption time has been reduced to 78 seconds, but it still does not meet the requirements. May I ask how to adjust the PSA settings for 10–2–4?
I’m taking up a thread here to see if the experts can provide an answer. I have only been working in hydrogen production for a few months. I think it might be due to a poor intermediate reaction; sampling for analysis would be advisable. Or the activated carbon molecular sieve is no longer effective.

May I ask at what point did it drop from X seconds to 78 seconds? Did the load remain unchanged the whole time? Was it a vacuuming process or a flushing process?
During the flushing process, which lasted 80 seconds, hydrogen production increased by 3,000; it is now at 17,500
The adsorbent has already been deeply saturated with CO; therefore, the production capacity is reduced to shorten the adsorption time and ensure that the product meets the required standards. Gradually, the production volume and adsorption time will be increased to restore normal operations. It is likely that such a situation occurred due to some operational errors during the initial phase of using PSA
The time has dropped to 76, the quantity has fallen to 15,000, and the Co content has decreased to 190. I’m not sure when it will meet the requirements. Thank you for your attention
Adjust the adsorption time; if it’s ten columns, reduce the T2 time
The capacity needs to be reduced by half; too much adsorbate has accumulated in the adsorption tower and has not been removed
Pay attention to checking whether there is internal leakage in the valves, and examine the operating trends. Check whether the final boost pressure is appropriate.
