The problem of internal leakage in the check valve of the compressor in this device has plagued it for a long time. The several situations I’ve encountered so far are as follows: 1. In those models with a valve plate, the valve cannot close again; in such cases, check the position of the pins and the coupling, clean away any carbon deposits at the connection points, and ensure that the valve can close again under the force of gravity; 2. For valve-type check valves, one issue is blockage of the gaps; carbon deposits accumulate there as well as on the valve plates, preventing the spring from functioning ; The second issue is spring damage, resulting in insufficient elasticity, which prevents the check valve from functioning ; So once it is found that a check valve is not working, it should be addressed as soon as possible ; During the processing, the pipelines of the compressor must be properly marked to prevent vibrations caused by any displacement of their position during processing, as that would make the task very difficult. It seems to be a serious issue – it’s not a problem caused by the equipment department, but rather the fact that the process medium being transported can cause the equipment to fail after a certain period of time. Therefore, should we consider adding an additional pipeline equipped with a check valve, so that it can be used alternately on a regular basis, and also allow for separate isolation for maintenance purposes?
The check valves in the pipelines of reciprocating compressors are all of the air-valve type; due to the pulsations, there is not much noise generated. Additionally, the issue needs to be addressed by ensuring the cleanliness of the medium itself
Agree with the comment above! Consider the purity of the medium to solve the problem! Additionally, adding a bypass also allows for regular switching!
