In a catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit, what is the hydrogen proportion in the overhead gas of the pre-distillation tower?
It is generally between 50% and 70%; depending on the degree of reaction in the preceding reactor, this indicator is mainly used to determine the degree of reaction in the pre-hydrogenation reactor； It is recommended to conduct appropriate testing on the gas at the top of the tower
On my end, it’s usually around 80%; the light oil ratio has dropped from 5.0 to 2.6, while the hydrogen content remains relatively unchanged. Is this normal?
What is the purpose of analyzing this? Problems with the pre-fractionation tower?
