What hydrocracking units are there in Shandong? Please give some recommendations

The company has built a new hydrocracking unit and needs staff to go out for training. I am looking for recommendations regarding hydrocracking units in China – preferably those located in Shandong. Could someone tell me what type of hydrocracking is used at each unit in Shandong? For example, which ones are used for diesel hydrogenation and which ones for residue hydrogenation? I am currently considering Jincheng Petrochemical and Luqing among others
Qilu Petrochemical, Jinan Refinery, Qingdao Petrochemical, and Dongming Petrochemical should all be included. Many local refineries in Shandong should also have them, but they don’t necessarily have to be called hydrocrackers, as using another name for such equipment may make it easier to get approval.

Come to Shengli Refinery of Sinopec Shandong Oil Chemical Company! 1.4 million tons/year hydrocracking unit: The 1.4 million tons/year hydrocracking unit is a key project in the expansion and upgrading project of Qilu Petrochemical Company for processing imported crude oil; this unit is located together with the 600,000 tons/year continuous reforming unit. Construction of the unit began on March 31, 1998; intermediate handover was achieved on November 23, 2000; the products met the required standards on March 5, 2001, marking a successful first start-up of the unit. The scale of the plant construction is 1.4 million tons per year (175 t/h), and its designed operating cycle is 8,000 hours (11 months). The unit consists of sections such as reaction, distillation, absorption stabilization, gas desulfurization, solvent regeneration, and hydrogen purification (PSA). The main products are liquefied gas, naphtha, aviation fuel, diesel, and residue oil. The conversion rate of the light oil products produced by this design is 60%; the residue oil is used as a feedstock for steam cracking to produce ethylene, or as a feedstock for dewaxing to manufacture lubricant base oils. The process of this unit employs the hydrocracking process with two-stage, two-agent series connection and single-pass through a fixed-bed, as developed by the Petroleum Science Academy. This device uses two-normal, three-normal, and cut depressurized wax oils as raw materials, and under the action of a catalyst, it carries out reactions such as hydrodesulfurization, denitration, cracking, saturation of olefins and aromatics, as well as removal of oxides and metals.
