The operating pressure of the gasoline hydrogenation reactor with mixed feed is 2.5 MPa, the pressure at the compressor outlet is 2.9 MPa, and the pressure at the raw material pump outlet is 3.3 MPa. Recently, the reaction pressure has fluctuated significantly, by more than 0.1 MPa, while the increase in reaction temperature remains stable. I would like to know how to stabilize the reaction pressure
Are there fluctuations in the pressure at the outlet of the compressor and the feed pump? If there are no fluctuations, the high score is maintained, ensuring stability at that high level.
Should moisture in the raw material be excluded? Have the pressure control valves for entering and exiting the system been checked?
There are fluctuations; hydrogen injection is not stable. Hydrogen cannot be injected when the system pressure is high, and too much hydrogen is injected when the pressure is low. The automatic control is set at 2.9 MPa for the compressor outlet pressure, with the excess hydrogen returning to the compressor inlet
Confirmed that there is no water in the raw material, and the pressure control check is normal
If there are no external disturbances, then it must be due to issues within the reaction system itself. I wonder if you have taken any corrective measures? Suggestion: Change the compressor outlet to manual control in order to stabilize the flow rates of fresh hydrogen and cold hydrogen ; Stabilize the reactor inlet temperature to prevent large fluctuations in hydrogen consumption.
All these measures have been implemented, and the PID parameters for pressure control of the reaction system were also adjusted; operations have been stable recently. Thank you

Temperature changes had a significant impact on the pressure of gasoline and hydrogen in the pipelines – instability occurred when temperatures were high at noon, causing fluctuations in system pressure as well as in the pressure of the new hydrogen. The situation was more stable at night, and it was more stable in winter compared to summer
