During operation, it is essential to strictly control all process parameters to avoid overheating, overpressure, excessive liquid levels, or overload. 2. The flushing time should be as long as possible; the number of pressure equalization cycles should be determined based on the adsorption pressure. Switching between valve states should be carried out accordingly. As mentioned by those who have experience, during operation, avoid raising the pressure too quickly, and monitor the adsorption pressure curve to detect any valve leaks. 3. Weld slag in the pipelines causes significant damage to programmable valves; the pipes must be cleaned thoroughly before the valves are installed. During the purging phase, many people find it troublesome due to the large number of valves and the frequent need to disassemble and reassemble them, but this attitude is completely unacceptable. It is advisable to use blasting methods more frequently during purging, and for the sections where control valves need to be removed, short pipes can be used for connection, with repeated blasting. After purging is complete, inspections must be carried out, and the process should be done in stages, ensuring that each step is properly addressed
