Changing 613V to 622V isn’t easy, right? First of all, 3 pressure equalization cycles indicate that the pressure in your system is quite high; if it’s changed to 2 pressure equalization cycles, the pressure difference will be too large, and the bed layer won’t be able to handle it! Secondly, it is necessary to change it so that 2 tower sections enter the \"adsorption\" stage sequentially; all other subsequent process stages also enter in a staggered manner. This makes it difficult to manage the V time period, unless the pipeline system at the vacuum pump inlet is altered as well, and the number of vacuum pumps is increased to enable staged vacuum extraction. Making such changes becomes very complicated, especially regarding the pipeline layout, as it goes against the principles of process design (cost savings). It’s best to consider this when starting to develop the process plan; once the plan has been put into effect, it becomes difficult to make changes later on.
