We have an iron dissolution device that produces hydrogen, and we want to replace it with nitrogen. What are the requirements for nitrogen (such as purity, flow rate, velocity)? Thank you

The required nitrogen content is generally at least three 9s; The purging requirements for hydrogen-containing systems are a nitrogen mole fraction of >99.5%, an oxygen mole fraction of <0.3%, and a hydrogen + hydrocarbons mole fraction of <0.3% ; But in practice, it is usually higher than this. The flow rate and volume are determined by the replacement speed and the size of the device
