For a raw gas flow rate of 1000 NM3/H, the N2 contained within it needs to be removed. Assuming 5A adsorbent is used, how is the adsorption time determined? It seems that information is available on how much nitrogen can be absorbed by 1 gram of 5A adsorbent; this helps in determining the required amount of adsorbent as well as the diameter of the tower, etc. In short, it’s all about carrying out these various process calculations in order to figure things out
What is the percentage of nitrogen in the feed gas, and what other components are present? What level of removal rate is required
