Excessive load, lack of oil in the motor, deformation of the coupling
1. Pump overload 2. Short circuit in stator wires 3. Overload of current and voltage 4. Degraded lubricant 5. Bearing wear
1. Overload of the pump 2. Short circuit in the stator wires 3. Overload of current and voltage 4. Degraded lubricating grease 5. Bearing wear
(1) Poor insulation or moisture damage to the motor; (2) Overload operation ; (3) The pump shaft is out of alignment or the bearings are not properly installed ; (4) Poor ventilation in the pump room.
:(1) Poor motor insulation or moisture damage; (2) Overload (3) Misalignment of the pump shaft or improper bearing installation ; (4) Poor ventilation in the pump room.
The motor load is too high, resulting in high current; The ambient temperature is too high ; There is a suspicion of bore scraping (abnormal noise). Possible reasons for high bearing temperature: inappropriate grease grade, too much or too little grease in the bearing chamber, impurities in the grease ; The bearing moves along the inner ring or the outer ring, causing excessive vibration in the motor ; The bearing model is incorrect ; The coupling is misaligned.
Failures or deterioration of the electrical cooling system, such as fans and circulating water; overloading of the motor; increases in ambient temperature, etc
Reason: ① Poor insulation or misaligned motor shaft. ②Overloading. ③The voltage is too low, and the current is too high. 4. Poor cooling.
Abnormal load, low inhalation pressure, high inhalation temperature, high exhaust pressure
