If the catalyst has already affected production, then the conversion rate will be poor long before 1:30; it’s hardly possible for the plant to continue operating. My guess is that as time goes on, the system resistance increases, the airflow decreases, and as a result production drops as well. When the system is operating normally, the shift production is around 225 tons (over 8 hours), with a medium-pressure steam output of 32 tons per hour. The current batch production volume is around 210 tons, with medium-pressure steam at 27 tons per hour.
