Ammonia is formed from hydrogen and nitrogen; without an efficient catalyst and under appropriate temperature and pressure conditions, ammonia will never be formed, as determined by the basic principles of chemical thermodynamics.
Nitrogen in the furnace generates NOx under peroxide conditions; will NOx produce NH3 in the hydrogenation reactor?
