Hydroxy silicone oil 【Performance characteristics】 Hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxane JH-210 is an organic silicon material formed by the polymerization of siloxane monomers, with hydroxyl groups at both ends of its molecule. Its structural formula is as follows: HO-Si(CH3)2OnSi(CH3)2-OH. Its chemical name is α,ω-dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxane. It serves as an excellent structure control agent in silicone rubber processing; it can replace diphenylsilanediol, simplify the manufacturing process, improve process efficiency, and also enhance the transparency of the products. 2 can be used for the anti-adhesion treatment in paper production. Silicone-based anti-adhesion agents are currently widely used due to their excellent properties such as low toxicity, low surface tension, and insolubility in oily polymers. 3 can be used as a finishing agent for fabrics; it significantly improves the smoothness and sewability of polyester fibers. It has high temperature resistance and anti-static properties. When used to finish polyester fiber fabrics, it makes them soft, firm, smooth, elastic, and smooth in texture, while also endowing them with waterproof and water-repellent characteristics. Used as a waterproofing and softening agent for paper, fabrics, and leather. 【Usage and Dosage】 1 Examples of the use of structure control agents in silicone rubber: methyl vinyl silicone rubber, fumed silica, vulcanizing agents, solvents, hydroxyl silicone oils, etc.; the addition amount is usually 1-6%. 2 Anti-adhesive paper, also known as release paper or peeling paper, is an anti-adhesive material obtained by coating a paper base with an anti-adhesive agent through specific manufacturing processes. The addition amount of hydroxy silicone oil in anti-stick agents is usually 10-20%.
