On September 25, the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, accepted the application materials for approval of the environmental impact assessment document related to the pilot project (Phase I) for the development of new fluorine-based fine chemicals and fluorine-containing new materials at the pilot base for the production and application of high-performance fluorochloro synthetic resins and special monomers, operated by Zhejiang Juhua Technology Center Co., Ltd. The relevant details are as follows: Project name: Pilot Project (Phase I) for the Development of New Fluorine-Based Fine Chemicals and Fluorine-Containing New Materials at the Pilot Base for the Production and Application of High-Performance Fluorochloro Synthetic Resins and Special Monomers, Zhejiang Juhua Technology Center Co., Ltd; Construction unit: Zhejiang Juhua Technology Center Co., Ltd ; Construction location: Experimental factory of Zhejiang Juhua Technology Center Co., Ltd ; Project nature: Renovation project ; Project investment: The total investment for this project is 163.68 million yuan, of which 139.13 million yuan is allocated to fixed asset investments ; Construction contents: It is planned to purchase equipment such as polymerization reactors, copolymerization reactors, addition reaction reactors, chlorination reactors, saponification reactors, distillation reactors, distillation columns, exhaust gas absorption towers, washing reactors, membrane compressors, ovens, water-alkali scrubbing towers, condensers, centrifugal extractors, etc., to establish three pilot-scale platforms with a total of 15 production lines. The details are as follows: The pilot-scale platform for fluorine-chlorine specialty monomers and derivative functional chemicals includes: ① Pilot project for new types of coolants ; ②New D5 pilot project ; ③NC-1 Pilot Project for Preparation Research ; ④Pilot project for iodine-fluorine-containing monomers ; ⑤Fluorine monomer flexible pilot project ; ⑥Pilot-scale research on PCP production ; ⑦Hydrofluoroether Flexible Pilot Project ; ⑧FTS-714 pilot project. The high-performance synthetic resin pilot platform includes: ① Low-melting-point spray-grade ETFE resin pilot project ; ②PFS resin (JB-2) pilot project ; ③P1 Pilot Project for Powder Preparation Research ; ④PVDF-X Pilot Project ; ⑤Polyolefin PE-1 pilot project ; ⑥Pilot project for the research and development of new emulsifiers. The pilot platform for the recycling and treatment of waste resources has only a pilot project for the research on iodine recovery from iodized salt wastewater.
