Commissioning of the AHF unit for Wuhuan Xiangyun phosphorus-fluorine new materials

　　Sinochem New Network reports that recently, the new phosphorus and fluorine materials project invested in and constructed by Sinochem Wuhuan Xiangyun Phosphorus and Fluorine New Materials (Hubei) Co., Ltd. has made positive progress. 　　This project utilizes the complete set of technologies developed by China Five Rings Engineering Co., Ltd. for the production of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (AHF) from fluorosilicic acid. Using fluorosilicic acid generated as a by-product of the wet phosphoric acid production process at Hubei Xinxiangyun New Materials Co., Ltd., a production facility with an annual capacity of 15,000 tons of AHF will be built. The unit was successfully commissioned with a single batch feed, producing top-grade products with a purity of 99.9%. The successful implementation of this project has enabled the green and efficient utilization of fluorine resources associated with phosphate ores.
