Patent Abstract: This disclosure relates to a continuous preparation device for silica sol, which includes: a sodium silicate storage tank and a sodium silicate metering pump connected in series, for storing and transporting the raw material sodium silicate ; Series-connected acid storage tanks and acid metering pumps, used for storing and transporting inorganic acids ; Sequentially connected first-order reactors and product collection tanks ; The sodium silicate metering pump and the acid metering pump are each connected to the raw material inlet of the primary reactor. The silicon sol continuous preparation device disclosed herein is used for preparing silicon sol, featuring a short production process and easy stable operation. It enables precise control of the reaction feed rate, rapid homogenization of mixing, accurate control of the pH value range, and prevents the coagulation of silica sol colloids. The prepared silica sol exhibits good stability and high adhesiveness, meeting the requirements for use as a binder in low coking cracking catalysts.
